Ideas can come from anywhere.
Here at Saint, given the diversity of skill sets we have available in our creative processes; ideas can come from a variety of sources and evolve very quickly.
Our creative process works within the framework of a traditional creative team, but we are not scared to pull ideas from: planners, the innovations team, designers, technical coders and Information Architects, as well as account people and contacts outside the business.
Each campaign we work on is a collaborative process, which we like to keep as open as possible so that we do not get stuck into narrow-minded thinking. Our conceptual ideas build on one another to evolve into all-encompassing campaigns and projects that consider every aspect of the brand, the audience and the user experience.
There is no hierarchy here, we work in an open-plan office and there are no doors to prevent people from being heard. We like to involve everyone to ensure that no stone is unturned in our creative response to a brief.
