Get Billy to London 2012!
We’ve just launched some exciting new work for Lloyds TSB!
Using characters from ‘For The Journey’, We have designed and developed a suite of interactive games called ‘Get Billy to London 2012’, aimed at creating a fun and engaging way of encouraging children at a young age to learn the importance of saving.
In these games Billy dreams of seeing his Olympic heroes in action at London 2012. He searches for ways to earn extra pocket money, but it’s not simple – various unexpected expenses and setbacks have to be taken into account before he realises his dream of buying a ticket. In a set of four events, Billy does his chores and imagines he is competing in the Olympics.
The game also sees the introduction of a new character called Stanley. Stanley is Billy’s dog who will also be available as physical money box, given to children when they open a Lloyds TSB Savings Account with their parents.
In addition to the games we have produced a destination website to act as the focal point of the campaign which also contains an animated e-book, and ‘Elebank’ a desktop application to help children keep track of their savings.
